Making photo retouch artwork using

  Adobe Photoshop  

Step 1: Open file and choose New...

Step 2: Choose International Paper and Resolution must be 300

Step 3: Open image and choose image rotation you want

Step 4: Open an image

Step 5: Crop the image

Step 6: Press 'ALT' to enlarge the image

Step 7: create a copy layer for layer 1

Step 8: Use the Spot Healing Brush Tool to

remove the image black spots

Step 9: After remove black spots, open filter choose blur,

use surface blur filter to make image more better

 

Step 10: Create a new layer to add some feature on the image

Step 11: After addition feature on the image, choose layer 1 copy

and layer 2 (hold shift key to select another layer), right

click choose merge layers to combine 2 layers

Step 12: Done!!!
